I began selling real estate as an associate in 1990 in Florida.  I earned my GRI (Graduate of the Realtor Insitute) designation in 1991 and my  broker's license in 1997.  I have owned three Century 21 franchises before earning my instructor's license and opening Nature Coast Real Estate School, where I currently teach real estate and mortgage licensing classes.  I am a GRI 3 instructor for Property Management for FAR and also teach the National Association of Realtors (NAR)Code of Ethics.  

I received my Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation in 2005, in order to assist the needs of the retired population. In 2010, I turned my focus to the International Real Estate community in order to assist foreign buyers looking to take advantage of Florida's affordable properties and the strong currency exchange rate.  I earned my Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) and At Home with Diversity (AHWD) certification.   

I have been a manager and real estate trainer for Coldwell Banker and EXIT Real Estate brokerages, and am currently the broker/owner of Gavish Properties & Investments, Inc. which specializes in Property Management for absentee owners/investors. I am also a Broker/REALTOR for Keller Williams Realty.  I am an avid volunteer for my community.  I am a past Chair of the Government Affairs Committee for the Hernando County Association of Realtors, Director of the Hernando County Association of Realtors, and Director of the Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce.  I served as Board Chair of the Chamber in 2005-2006.  Governor Bush appointed me to the District Board of Trustees for Pasco-Hernando Community College, where I have served two terms as Board Chair.  I was recently reappointed to this board by Governor Crist.  
I currently serve on the Professional Standards Committee for the Hernando County, and the Education Committee for the West Pasco Board of Realtors.
